At the same time, personality tells a person how to interact with other people like his family members, friends, colleagues and even random strangers.
A good personality is important as these are usually the determining factor in relationships. With a lot of opportunity to establish connections, it is the personality of the person that will be able to keep it. For example, a person with an outgoing personality is most likely to meet more people in his lifetime. His outgoing personality gives him a lot of opportunities to establish connections with all kinds of people.
Personality also plays a role in the workplace. Those who have stronger personalities are usually those who get the most out of the job. They are aggressive when it comes to accomplishing the tasks assigned to them. They know what they want and they know how to get it. In contrast, a person with a weak personality is the ones usually stepped on or taken advantage of. In the work place, he’s the one most likely to have a very slow career pace and might have troubles in accomplishing the duties.
